AYOSHILE KUFORIJI-KEHINDE obtained her LL.B from Babcock University in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Surrey, England in 2014. She has gained invaluable experience in corporate and commercial law transactions, and actively participated in several transactions including providing advisory services to funds and financial institutions, national and multinational companies in various sectors, like insurance, banking, solid minerals, and maritime.
